Viana Chef Salad
Crispy fresh salad with olives, artichokes, pinen nuts, dried tomatoes and fried seitan strips.

| mixed | salad |
| 50 ml | olive oil |
| dressing: | olive oil, lemon juice and herb salt |
| 60 g | artichoke hearts |
| 60 g | dried tomatoes |
| 60 g | toasted pine nuts |
| 50 g | pitted green olives |
| flour mixture: | |
| 80 g | flour |
| 1 tsp. | paprika powder |
| chilli | |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| 1 pack | Viana seitan |

Cut the Viana seitan into strips, dredge with the flour mixture and fry on both sides in olive oil until crispy. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin slices and add to the salad, along with the artichoke hearts, dried tomatoes, pine nuts and the dressing. Mix well and serve with the fried seitan strips.
