Lasagne with Viana veggie mince
Yummy fruity lasagne with Viana veggie mince.

| 150 g | lasagne sheets |
| 6 tsp. | flour |
| 2 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 2 | chopped garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| 70 g | margarine |
| 1 | chopped onion |
| 1 handful | chopped basil |
| 150 ml | chopped tomatoes |
| 3 packs | Viana veggie mince |
| 100 ml | Soyatoo! Soya Cooking Cream |
| 200 ml | water |

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes, then add the veggie mince, tomatoes and basil, and stir well. To make the béchamel sauce, melt the margarine in a small saucepan and add the flour; stir briefly until blended. Then stir in the water, allowing the sauce to thicken, finally refining it with Soyatoo Soya Cooking Cream. Season with 1 tsp. salt. Cover the bottom of a lasagne dish with some veggie mince sauce, then alternate layers of lasagne sheets and sauce. Cover the last lasagne sheets with veggie mince sauce and finally spread the béchamel sauce on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° C for about 35 minutes, allow to cool briefly, then serve.
