Tiramisu in a tumbler with Soyatoo! soy topping
The classic, with a difference, but just as yummy!

| 100 g | rusks / zwieback |
| 1 pack | refrigerated Soyatoo! soy topping |
| 500 ml | Demeter Soya Alive Drink |
| 150 ml | lightly sweetened coffee |
| 40 g | cane sugar |
| 1½ | vanilla custard powder |
| 2 tbsp. | cocoa powder |

Mix the custard powder with a little Soya Alive Drink until smooth. Bring the rest of the Soya Alive Drink to the boil, stir in the custard powder and the sugar and stir with a whisk until smooth. Let the custard cool, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Whip the refrigerated Soyatoo! Soy topping and stir into the custard by the spoonful. Soak the rusks / zwieback in the coffee for about 30 seconds. Fill a glass tumbler with alternate layers of custard crème and rusks / zwieback. Strew with cocoa and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
