Scrambled tofu
Kick start the day with soy protein - the breakfast alternative.

Ingredients for 2 dishes
| 300 g | Viana Tofu |
| 2 tsp | margarine |
| salt | |
| 1 tbsp | instant vegetable stock |
| chives |

1. Squash the tofu and fry in a pan with hot margarine, stirring well until most of the water has evaporated.
2. Stir in salt, vegetable stock and chopped chives.
