Soy power drink
A fruity vegetable fount of energy

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 100 g | Viana Tofu |
| 50 g | fruit as you wish |
| 1 tbsp | thickened fruit juice |
| 1 tsp | almond paste |
| 10 ml | lemon juice |
| 250 ml | water |

1. Fruits you can use: bananas, cherries, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries or pressed oranges.
2. Mix all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
3. Tip: decorate with left-over fruit, mint, etc.
