Potato waffles
Filled waffles Peruvian style

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 500 g | potatoes |
| 1 | onions |
| 2 EL | oil |
| 1 | Viana Sound Inka Tofu paté |

1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then press out the juice in a sieve.
2. Mix in the oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Mix in the finely chopped onions.
3. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron. Fill pairs of waffles with tofu paté and serve warm.
